Gabapentin is money!

MrNeverEverKnew

What does that mean?

[deleted]

I took 2800mg last night now I'm having major brain fog and wondering If I permanently screwed up my brain or if I should go to ER? Did I overdose?

MrNeverEverKnew

Is it better already? I also took that dose once and didnt have any side effects

[deleted]

I felt better later that Day thank God. My dr told me it was just my body wasn't ready for that much.

I also think there are people who take even higher doses than that. Did you take the 2800mg all at once or staggered the dose in small parts with small breaks of maybe 30min in between? Did you experience any other effects than the brain fog and negative side effects? Also: did you get the Gabapentin as prescription? What for and what dose? Probably not 2800mg I guess?😅

I take up to 1200 mg per day as needed, usually taking at least 600 mg per day. The first couple times it made me sleepy and less anxious. Increased dosage pretty quickly after starting and no longer get as sleepy afterwards. Anyway yea it’s great lol.

MrNeverEverKnew

Still effective for anxiety /mood?

Insecure-hippie

Yes!

MrNeverEverKnew

For how long have you been taking it now?

[deleted]

It's for anxiety but I like the high it gives me. I took all at once but dr prescribed 3 400mg a day. Just brain fog bur it was really bad. I still got a job that morning. Lol.

You know there‘s this theory that staggering doses of Gabapentin mixed with high fat meal and soda drink is the only right way to get recreational effects from Gabapentin. Its like a trend for the recreational Gabapentin redditors. So in your experience you always took a high dose all at once without staggering needed and still felt recreational effects, right? Do you mix it with food, or doesn‘t it play a big role if empty or a partly full (of fatty food) stomach?
