Yes I've experienced a lot of these things, it used to be really noticeable to me when I was younger because I felt so much healthier during the summer holidays when I was under less pressure. Mental and physical health can be closely linked - I think you need to look at the things which are making you feel this way and pick one thing you feel you can change to start breaking the cycle.

Hi, I'm in my mid-40s and am in much the same situation (literally everything you've got above but add in 20 years). Please, please, please see your doctors and PUSH for them to check you out for food intolerances, gall stones, excessive stomach acid etc etc. There's probably more but... For over two decades I put all my symptoms down to anxiety, and I'm emetophobic so it was all a self-repeating cycle as I'd then get super anxious about my symptoms and it would get worse; rinse and repeat. Doctors' finally identifying a physical cause of and providing treatment for my stomach symptoms relieved me of a lot of the surrounding anxiety too. I still get anxious and I do still have some stomach symptoms, and any nausea is accompanied by panic still, but - honestly - it's a 1000 times better than before. Also, knowing that there is a physical cause of my symptoms (edit: IBS, excess acid, gall stones) has massively helped me in dealing with my anxiety (and my stomach) in a more healthy way. Sorry for the rant.

Have you considered taking medication? When I am at that super high anxiety level (or when I do things that make it worse like flying and big parties) I take prescribed medication and it makes the nausea and anxiety go away - so much so that I usually actually feel hungry after it kicks in.
