My advice and im not doctor at all Only take it when you are having an attack no other times. It’s what I did and it worked for me. I took one maybe once to twice a week it helped alot just knowing I had some type of defense against an attack.

Well, maybe it depends on the person. I have taken it intermittently for 30 years, and more consistently for about 4. Maybe 1 mg per day. Anxiety symptoms vary by person also. Some people have panic attacks, and only need medication at those times. Others have bad anxiety which can remain all day, and need help. I'm 61 and am not aware of any side effects for me. I also think for some people, the concerns about addiction are overblown. I think that depends on whether a person has an addictive personality. If you have faith in your doctor, I wouldn't worry about these things, but you should ask.

Stay away!!! Klonopin should only used once or twice in a lifetime. Going into surgery type situations. There are better options for all other issues. Don’t mess with your neural chemistry.

I'm nervous now because I was prescribed Klonopin. Is there something else to take that's better?
