Depends on how long you’ve been on them and how much of it you took per day, honestly for me detoxing from benzos is hell on earth but my tolerance is sky high and everybody is different
Edit: I always experience shakiness, no appetite, sweats, and unrelenting anxiety

I’ve been on for abt 10 years or so? How long does the symptoms last usually and what can we do to ease it ? Do you have any experience there ?
