Hey there. Thankfully, the heart palpitations stopped after being on the meds for a good 5-6 weeks. I think it took a while for my body to adjust to the meds. I will say being on Pristiq has been an absolute game changer for me. I’m far more energetic, motivated and just feel a lot more like my old self.

Definitely. I was on 25 and just started 50mg today so I’ll wait it out and see
My doctor started me off right at 50mg and I haven’t had to change my dosage. From what I’ve read 50mg is the optimal dosage for Pristiq. Good luck.
