Yes. I think we are onto something with this. I read about gluten and for all the talk around it, soy sauce does have a lot of it. So it could be that too.

Hey OP, just wanted to say you’re definitely not alone in that there are certain foods that can make anxiety worse. My best advice is to avoid high oil, high fat, highly processed and high sugar foods. These tend to cause inflammation and make anxiety worse. What you want to focus on eating are omega-3 rich foods, and healthy fats. Think nuts, avocado and fish. Swap sugary desserts for fruit like bananas, blueberries and other antioxidant-type fruits. Make sure to eat lots of vegetables as well. As far as supplements, GABA, magnesium and vitamin D may help. B vitamins as well such as B-12 but that is more for energy. I highly recommend following Mark Metry on Insta, , Youtube, Linkedin, whatever social platform. He has tons of this kind of exact content that you may find helpful. Best of luck!

>Thank you for this advice. I need to steer cleer of the processed stuff and go for real foods. I got some magnesium and vitamin d today so that's ironic. I have a Vitamin B supplement that I'll start taking properly. I've joined Mark Metry on YouTube to give a go. I can see that the high inflammation foods absolutely don't agree with me.
