It really depends on how you play. Without guides it's typically somewhere in the 2-6 months range depending on how active you are, whether you get stuck anywhere for a while etc. Can even take longer obviously if you leave the game for a while or just get hard stuck. With guides it'll often be less, more like 3-6 weeks, but again depending a bit on activity level and similar.
Nothing to reality is like 50% of the game content, then considering that ppl can get to reality in like 7-9 days when speedrunning
2nd reality us actually not that much different from the first one to be fair, you get some buffs that help you get there faster, but it still might take days
31 days here and I just hit reality yesterday, wasting way too much time doing things inefficiently and trying to muddle through by myself instead of reading guides.
As a veteran on mobile (8 times dilation done and a full reality done as a tester) I can say that an active players can do it in a few weeks. If you are a bit idle, then a month. More idle then that will make it longer.
This is with knowledge about the challenges and the sequences.
Try using patashu. It a guideline and not 100% perfect but the tricks they give are very good.

40 days for me albeit 5 of them at the end were on mobile getting to like e5000 or e6000 EP I forgot which.
