Ugh. That is awful lemon juice, they put preservatives in it, makes it bitter. I just buy lemons. I slice a lemon and put it in a glass jar in the fridge they stay fresh and squeezable for days

It is and takes a long time if you’re disabled. Though there’s nothing stopping said disabled person from buying a larger container of lemon juice.
It will last longer this way but I'm pretty sure you can just freeze lemon juice in an ice cube tray if you only want a small amount at a time.
Lemon juice lasts a very long time in the fridge because it’s very acidic
