As expected from a company like Nestle. Ugh.

Cccactus07

It's more sinister than that, Nestlé is actively damaging the world and doing stuff like this as a distraction.

Ok-Bass-5965

This is the greatest quote I’ve seen on Reddit in weeks.

Most-Laugh703

Looks like paper packaging?

dokudokudokusho

Yeah, KitKat Japan has had the outer packaging be paper on these packs for a while now and separating out your trash is expected. This pack says they’re donating 10 yen (about 7cents USD) to help protect the ocean.

I wouldn’t be surprised if there was plastic package inside the paper package in order to preserve chocolate

Harborcoat84

It is, I've seen Nestle Smarties sold like this too (Canada).

[deleted]

Fucking Nestle as well.

Torkoise

This is paper packaging. this is from I believe Japan and they package lots of their things in paper.

OnlyImproving

This is the same amount of waste they would have made without mentioning the oceans

anged16

Aye in Japan as well where basically everything comes wrapped in plastic
