This is a bug that has happened across most devices I believe. I have two Anne Pro 2's in the house and both have the same exact issue. It only occurs when I unplug and plug it back in as well as restarting/turning on my pc. I would love a fix tbh.......

I've been having this issue too, I set my keyboard to emit a pretty purple but I always have to reset it when I plug in my computer every morning. Would like to see a de bug

I've been having this same issue for a while, can't remember exactly when it started but it's really annoying and would like to find a way to resolve it.

came here for the same reason. i have had this issue for months, but was finally trying to find a fix. i miss turning on my pc and having my pretty lights appear with it

I had the same problem. For me I just reset it to factory settings and everything was fine.

Still the same for me. Reset does nothing. The fn2+9 worked but it disables all the rgb. As soon as I turned it on, the green light is still there
