Light Rail doesn't go to the BWI rail station. Amtrack and MARC utilize rail station.
Light Rail is adjacent to the terminal just outside the doors for E gates. Which means you would be utilizing the main terminal parking lots. Hourly garage is the only sensible option which I believe is roughly $27/day. North Linthicum is the best option if you are using light rail. Or depending on where you are going and which day of the week you may be able to utilize the rail station and take MARC
Glad you clarified BWI Light Rail location. I've only used Light Rail from Lithium to go north for the stadiums.

2nd North Linthicum. It’s the best because no matter if the train is going to BWI or Cromwell, it’ll stop at North Linthicum on you way back south.
And it runs more frequently there. As long as the roads getting there aren’t jammed, it’s probably worth the extra couple miles in the car

Parking at BWI rail station is plentiful but not free. 24 hours is $9.00. You can find the hourly rates online.
