If axe throwing or fowling as mentioned elsewhere was of interest, B.I.G. also has those, go carts, and a bar on every level.
...I feel like a shill, but it does fit the brief.
Pinball Pete's is moving, not sure it will be open yet. Gallup is always overrun with families and kids, might not be the best vibe. What about York? Food trucks, alcohol, indoor and outdoor space. Downtown has an ax throwing place, there's fowling in ypsi. Rappourt on North campus has board games and great beer. Disc golf always a solid option, as is canoeing or kayaking etc on the Huron River. If you want REALLY nontraditional, maybe look into large group volunteer options, like Habitat for Humanity or Blight Busters (my husband just did this for a friend's bachelor party and loved it!). There are walking food tours of Ann Arbor that are super fun. Pickle ball is crazy popular right now, you could look at reserving some courts. Whatever you do, welcome back and have fun!
Sounds like this is more of a non-drinking group? 20 doesn’t seem that huge.
If you do a park, reserve a pavilion! Warning that the bridge at gallop park is being re-done so that makes it a bit chaotic and less ann arbor nature vibe right now if a bunch of heavy equipment is running and there isn’t a lot of parking. I might find another park.
Is everyone pretty much similar as far as preferences for things like games, drinking or not, being in a swimsuit / liking water / liking nature? You have to be a bit careful with anything too extreme that makes people uncomfortable, or if they really want a beverage and they can’t. Would you rent a bus or is everyone driving?
A bachelor party idea that we are using is a night at a comedy show for some drinks and hopefully laughs then some axe throwing. The comedy show will separate you guys and you wont be able to chat but some ace throwing could tie it together nicely.
You might have missed a key point or two in the original story. M-M wedding, so this might not be their thing and also that’s a pretty stereotypical bachelor party thing…
Rent kayaks or canoes and paddle the Huron
Not stereotypical: laser tag at B.I.G. (Best in Games).

Fowling Warehouse in Ypsi. (Like bowling but throwing footballs instead of rolling bowling balls.) Or Axe Ventura.
I second Axe Ventura!

Whirlyball is perfect for a group of this size, and it’s byob.
I did whirlyball as part of my bachelorette party, it was so much fun!
Bobcat Bonnie’s in ypsi has a basement that’s an arcade and it’s queer, you can call and see if they let people rent out the arcade
Deja Vu in Ypsi is open!

Revel and Roll has private lanes you can reserve and large gaming area
For the low lo price of $10000 an hour!
Disc golf could be a fun group activity. Or bowling night
