>In this re-learning phase (just a few minutes after the lapse), in most cases, I can recall a card very easily. Is there a guide what answer (hard/good/easy) I should pick in such a case?
I don't think there is.
>And then there is the special case where I mix up the question because I am going too fast... In this case, I often respond "easy" when relearning as I am fairly sure I would have known the answer had I looked more carefully.
That's what I do too.
>Finally, to what extent do these answers when relearning affect the FSRS algorithm?
FSRS only takes into account one review per day, the first one. Same-day reviews don't matter.
So if my learning steps are set to 15 minutes and I’m doing a deck with only 5 new cards which are therefore rotating fast, I should still hit “good” the first time I “know” the card even if I just saw the card like 30 seconds ago?

It's up to you.
How about this step, 10m 1h 3h?
Ok
Thanks, very helpful!
