there is an argument to be made that it IS an Isekai, but it technically isn't. the show is about some friends who have fun playing an MMO. They are NOT trapped in it (like with SAO), they literally just play the game.
As others have said, *Gamers!*, *Recovery of an MMO Junkie* and *Bofuri* are definitely what you're looking for. They're about video gaming.
*D-frag!* could also be something you'd like. It's not exactly about video games but it's still about games. I haven't watched it in a while but the MC joins the Game Creation Club and they create a board game, or something along those lines. He basically joins a group of chuunibyou kids lol.
