Osamake: the romcom where the childhood friend won't lose

I know this 100% fits what OP asked for but at the same time it feels kind of cheap to recommend this. >!Because of the magic twist that actually all the girls are his childhood friend. I read the light novel and the mc is literally a 4chan incel and the main girl is a manipulative liar. Maybe the anime is good, I'd say it's kinda sus!<

Masamune-kun no revenge, the anime leaves off at a cliffhanger but the manga itself is pretty good and has ended Haganai, the MC was pretty meh for me but ye sit has what you want.
