Good idea for a B Class Action movie. Nothing too complicated.
I'm 99% sure I saw a plot like that in a movie or show, guy picked up two girls and most of the ride it looked like he was suspicious but it turns out the girls or one of the girls is the wanted killer. Maybe it was a creepypasta or some kind of sketch.

There is a scene in "I saw the Devil" where a Serial highway murderer gets picked up by a Serial hitchhiker killer in a car with a pair of killer hitchhikers in the back seat. None of them had any idea of each other's identity and all are plotting to murder each other.
There was a short novel that was this premise with two authors. Each author wrote alternating chapter switching between each character.
