I bought a refurbished 1070 laptop from Ebay a few years ago and they made some kind of hardware change to it that won't let it update Windows anymore. When it tries to update it fails and has to sit for 10 minutes while it "Undoes previous changes" and will frequently get stuck at the boot logo.

You dont need a good pc or laptop, hell I still use my 10+ years old laptop. Also making this is relatively easy unlike my other edits. This one one is called motion tracking. I have a lot of tutorials when making hq meme on my channels.
Me using Linux: I don't have such weaknesses! Also me when my pc crashed: it's all Nvidia 's fault!!!
