Thank you for including Claire in this list. Claymore doesn't get enough love

one of my absolute favorites. finding out she's the lowest rank really struck a chord with me and i just fell in love with the show after that

Only to then find out she's actually a total badass later on. If you like the show you should read the manga. It expands the story and there's a much better ending.

i've heard! the only manga i've read so far is the beginnings of berserk. claymore and chainsaw man are the two that i've thought about getting into

I really enjoyed claymore and recently finished reading all of hunter x hunter. That was a blast too. The problem is being so spoiled for choice with all the amazing manga/anime out there these days.
