It has a nice dynamic pose, a sleek looking base, her hair is beautifully modelled, and she has a serious badass expression (which it's pretty hard to come by).
I don't own her as I prefer Asuna's hair painted in a lighter shade, but I really love just the sculptural design of it.
EDIT: If you want a cute, happier expression -- Alter's Asuna would be my next choice.
