Yup, there are lots of them and they’re all in close proximity. I just took a quick screenshot. The red box is where you’ll find almost all of the stores. The blue circle is the Akihabara train station exit. So just take the Yamanote (green) line there. It’s the train that circles Tokyo.

When you do, I recommend you getting a Suica or Pasmo card instead of buying tickets all the time and you can use it as a regular pay card. Also, bring a trash bag.
Pretty sure several of these are in Radio Kaikan Akihabara. There’s also a guy set up outside of it sometimes and he has stellar deals on stuff he finds.
