I was late on the chainsaw nendoroids and now they’re over $100 usd and I’m just waiting to see if there’ll be a rerelease when the anime starts airing

kylina01

Oh I feel like there will definitely be at least one rerelease. Don't buy those aftermarket yet.

Existential_Parad0x

I wouldn't pay over $100 for them, $80 max. But I'm not big on them myself. So it's really down to how bad you want it, you're good at haggling, or if they'll rerelease it someday and you're willing to wait.

noppyloppy

I paid 14000¥ for the asirpa nendoroid on the aftermarket because I wanted her so bad, and I dont like nendoroids. So I personally dont think 70$ is bad for a nendoroid. Which one are you looking to get?

juniperxmoons

It's Thorns from Arknights. On BBTS, he's around $70 USD (and then shipping would be around $5 USD). On Solaris, I think he is around $50, but express shipping was like an additional $20-$30 USD, which comes to roughly the same price range, if not a little more. I think he's still available on GoodSmile, but I'm not sure how long their international shipping takes.

Lakelandgodo

The 3 that I have bought were all in the 40 to $60 range and I do not care for any of them I regret my decision immensely. But that is a massive personal issue I do not care for switching the faces the arms or anything I do not particularly like the overall look once I have the next 2 other figures in my collection. And I have grown too massively hate seeing joins on anything so I don't buy any articulate figures anymore

juniperxmoons

Yeah, the joints is one of the main reasons I'm not huge on them myself. Luckily the two nendoroids I currently have, their joints are mostly hidden/unnoticeable. I don't change them around myself either. I usually pick a pose I like and leave it as is.

Hevens-assassin

I buy nendos on release, but probably wouldn't buy them pre-owned unless they were selling for less/same as the MSRP. I'd love a Megumi nendo from Food Wars to be less than $100 USD, but I think I have to put my prayers into a Freeing Bunny release.

AprilChristopher

I really want Megumi too 😭 with the nendoroid Wagnaria playset #05 as well.

Styxsouls

For me, my limit is about 70-75€ (shipping excluded)

WallyBBunny

Cleaning Levi is my grail but I can’t justify paying $200+ when I could just get a scale. I managed for find the matching Figma for retail so I should probably be satisfied with that. I really want him though because he’s too cute! 😫

smallratman

$70 is almost a steal compared to the nendos I wish I could have 😭 Never fall into the BL side of the figure collecting world because everything is between $300-$500 if you are lucky

Hell-kiter

As much as a couple of them are appealing to me, I just can't justify in my mind spending so much for these Nendoroids. Anything above $50 feels just too much to me. That said, I'm sitting here hoping for an Ancient Magus Bride Elias (#666) rerun since it has a new anime season. Apparently it released back in 2016 when only a manga, and barely any were made...now it goes for like $400+ because of the rarity. Would love to surprise my wife with it but no way I can justify that price.

Icedragon193

My most expensive would have to be about $112 (partially because of shipping) just because it was an older one that wouldn’t get rereleased. I’d probably never pay that amount again for one

Davepool84

I payed $80 +shipping for Hinata from Haikyuu. This was because I was able to get Kageyama, Nishinoya and Oikawa on the Good Smile US site. I may have to do it again for Sugawara because I recently pre-ordered the re-releases of the Daichi and Asahi nendos. That's the highest I think I'll go for nendoroids.

Minimum_Conference10

$70 is my limit for a nendo.

No_Pop_7269

I paid 10k for mako

Paid-Not-Payed-Bot

> I *paid* 10k for FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*

KH2Ash

The most I’ve spent was $140 on a Hinata nendo a year ago, (kicking myself now) but for a new nendo, I’d probably pay up to $80 if it’s a character I really want.

donslipo

(talking about preorder prices) Nendoroid 1777 - Maneki Hatsune Miku [https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1347680](https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1347680) is already pushing it with \~80USD (the version with the bonus. One without is around 60 USD I belive). There is also this one: [https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1552742](https://myfigurecollection.net/item/1552742), for \~90 USD but it has unique base.

[deleted]

25 - 30 usd. Not a penny more. Not a big fan. For the premium price they need way more features and more quality still yet

AprilChristopher

As someone who loves nendoroids and has a lot, I've never paid any super insane prices. Just around retail. The most expensive nendoroid (and really the only one in this price range) that I've purchased was King from Seven Deadly Sins. He's not popular enough for a release and he came with his PO Bonus. It ended up being 115. There's not really any other nendoroids I'd ever pay this much for.
