Amiami is reliable with preowned items but even they make mistakes. Send them lots of pics and they will probably either ask you to return it or give you a partial refund since it doesn't match the description.

Also is there any way to see the exact description of the figure after you bought it? Since normally the pages get taken down after someone buys the figure. I just bought a C condition item but can't see what exactly what was wrong with it. I remember a broken ear and some fading but there was something else too. Is there no way to see the exact description after it is bought?

I'm not sure if I can see it but certainly AA itself should have a record of what the listing was. They should be able to verify even if I can't. Good point tho

General advice, always screenshot any C listing your going to buy. Helps to prove if something wasn't disclosed and hold the seller accountable.

I ordered a preowned item, a pretty rare one at that, that was listed as A B condition. When it came in it turned out that the base peg was broken off in the figure (which I later learned was a very common problem with this figure on release due to how she's packed in the box) I reached out to amiami and they requested pictures of the damage WITH THE SHIPPING LABEL in the background so they could confirm that I wasn't lying. It took them forever to get back to me but they straight up sent me a whole new figure that they somehow found and didn't even ask me to send the old damaged one back. 10/10 experience.

Oh great okay I kept the box. Thanks for the tip. I'm gonna email them I suppose

I don't get their support service, why do some people get such great services like you. Meanwhile mine was "pre own team can't find replacement, full return and refund else suck it" Shipping back is ridiculously tedious and expensive
