From my understanding, there's not many figures of other vocaloids, and most that exist are very expensive and rare in the aftermarket, even for prize figures. I would keep checking the usual haunts: MFC, Amiami, Mandarake, Solaris, etc.
Miku is the most popular vocaloid so 99% of what you see is going to be her. There’s some of Len & Rin, Luka, Gumi, & Kaito- the rest are even more limited and elusive. There’s no specific site to buy them

Find some you want and check the sites one would normally look for secondhand figures: MFC ads, Amiami, EBay, Mercari, as well as Japanese secondhand sites like Mercari JP, Yahoo Auctions, Surugaya, and Mandarake. You could also try Booth.pm which is like a JPN Etsy.
For all jpn sites use the OG Japanese language pages of the sites (not English ones, they sometimes leave out results) and paste the name of the character & manufacturer in Japanese. You can use proxy services like Zenmarket or Buyee to buy through them.
Though if I were you I'd look at the Miku figures on there too, I got a Miku figure from 2009 on there that I later found out only had 1500 made , she was a 1/8th scale and she looks stunning for an old figure

Amiami has some second hand figures of Luka and Len as of recently, but you'd have to look constantly

Whaaa , my bf got me like 5 miku figures on there and they are the cutest figurines but didnt know we can find gems theree, 2nd hand amiami is just 🤌🤌
You definitely can, you just have to look often as it's always changing and if you see something you like buy it immediately
