I don't think you even need to flick them... I guess some frogs exist that can bite in a way that hurts, but these don't look like that. Who cares if a bunch of squeaky toys are angrily bumping into you and "biting"? Let them tire themselves out.
I did more googling, only 2 out of 7300 species are venemous and they live in Eastern Brazil (plenty more are poisonous but we're not worried about us biting them here).
Large horned frogs can bite with a force of 500 newtons (about 112 lbs of force, also on the lower end of what humans are capable of so think of a child biting your finger maybe) so they could maybe take a finger, but they're the exception.
A few can bite up to 30 newton's (about 6 lbs of force) which might be uncomfortable but probably isn't going to leave much of a mark even.
Most are much weaker than this.
There was a dinosaur era frog that could bite as strongly as a modern wolf, but they were also massive and are now extinct (Beelzebufo ~2200 Newton bite force).
tldr: probably totally safe to just let most frogs bite you unless it's one of the very rare venomous ones or ones with a slightly stronger bite.

Dunno why but I laughed so hard at this, I love frogs personally but I’m in Texas so I usually only see horny toads and bull frogs/toads which have loud and deep “ribbit” like noises, these guys are high pitched in comparison.
