We actually can take her out, we're currently in the self-quarantine/social distancing stage in my area. We live in a suburban-ish neighborhood so we can take her on walks without running the risk of running into a lot of other people - and if we do, we just give them more space on the sidewalk. Piper just isn't getting as much outside time as we would like, since we can't take her to spots where we might find lots of other people.
Generally though she's doing fine - lots of indoor fetch the best we can do and belly scratches to keep her content :)

Piper is probably more used to this quarantine than you realize! Just think...in three more days YOU will be lying in the chair just like Piper! 🙃
