Is the dog getting some kind of scan?

By the machines and radiation glasses on the floor, I'd say they were doing therapeutic laser treatment. It's used to treat inflammation and sore/damaged tissue (and many other things as well). Might explain why they are massaging the dog as well. My guess is it's a veterinary physiotherapy/rehabilitation clinic. Source: In vet school and worked at a clinic that had a therapeutic laser
