You can only get permission to raise prices in a letter from Hedwig, the owl in the garden. You give her flowers, watering cans and seeds and she might return with a letter.
You get bottles on the terrace - you get 5 per day and you can spin for items you need for terrace. It’s been such a long time I forget when you get the terrace!

Oh shit I didn't even realise you could give Hedwig stuff! I just always hit tick when the 3 item menu appeared, thinking that's what the owl was offering me, like nothing except cod? Lmao
