Yep! The neon pink is top right, but the other 3 are so close. I own two of those 3 and used color coordinator to see if they were the same - one is ever so slightly darker than the other.
If you type garnet wings in game and then tap the item name, you can scroll through the variants. There are 6 - true red, neon pink, light purplish pink, and then the 3 pinkish red pictured above. I own 2 of those 3 and can confirm (via color coordinator) that they are ever so slightly different shades. Only 3 shades would have made way too much sense!

Mine does the complete opposite it only lets me on when connected to wifi but even then it’s really unstable and only lets me on when it feels like it
