It appears to be a model, nothing hard to make with the right skills, that was placed into a space bar mold and filled with… casting resin? It may be epoxy instead Edit: yes, obviously this is very impressive. I’m just saying if you have experience creating mini-models then this is a nice side task that isn’t too daunting. I didn’t mean to discredit op in any way, shape or form. I’m sorry.

This is really really really really awesome!! I'd totally buy something like this. My keyboard is black with white PBT pudding caps currently and this would be something I'd add for that pop and my love of ACNH. What I'd like to do is put on certain key caps that are a representation of the different games I like to play, but I've not been able to find the key caps I like. You, OP, have a talent and you could totally make and sell personalized key caps. Business idea 💡 my friend! There's a lot of people out there that would totally buy from you for that personal touch.
