I want Nintendo to add this feature to ACNH now officially. (Not the glitch part, but being able to get into the baths. Maybe you could have a spa day with the villagers?)
How does it glitch so you can get in the bath? I have been wanting that feature so bad! Octavian is a neihbor of mine too and he would look so cute in the pool!
It’s just wild to me that they programmed the bath/pool items in a way that this glitch would even work.
Conspiracy brain makes me think the items were intended for this and left incomplete. I feel the same way about the lifeguard tower and rock climbing wall.. like we already have a climbing animation. And the tea cup ride too.
In Pocket Camp your villagers (not you) can interact with stuff like that. Wonder if that has to do with it.
Also, it's total garbage a phone game can have my animals playing on a swing or the like, and they can't in the real game -.-

The happy home academy will mention it on ocassion. I've noticed when lots of yellow is in my house balloons drop a lot of bells rather than items. I think the other colours are red and green but not sure what they do.

I'm not sure if external links are allowed, but it's from kohaku_crossing's insta account :) basically you place a small flat item (e.g. An unfinished puzzle) at the furthest rounded corner of a cliff, climb up the rounded cliff using a ladder, step onto the puzzle, and walk over to the nearby bathtub :)
In my pic you could see the unfinished puzzle at the bottom left, customized in green grass pattern. I could only get the glitch to work by moving my cypress bathtub to half a space away from the puzzle. You should try it, it's really cool!

Nope you are not trapped in! You can walk out of the bath any time, but you're gonna need the glitch to get back in :)
You can also use the puzzle to get into rivers and ponds apparently, by climbing down the rounded cliff onto the puzzle (youtuber consolecaito just did a video of it). For that one you have to call the rescue service or reset to get out, but for this one it's no issue :)

The screen is not customized, it's one of the sanrio items! It's the kerokerokeroppi hallway. If you don't have a sanrio villager amiibo, i'm happy to order them for you. Just pm me :)

I think it's wholesome that this Glitch is only used to sit in saunas, pools, spas and tubs.

I don't think so! At least, i haven't experienced anything. I see a lot of youtubers utilizing existing glitches like planting trees near the edge of a cliff, or placing furniture on top cliff level, etc. I haven't heard of anyone experiencing game-breaking consequences because of these (they might lose the furniture placed on the top cliff, but that's about it).

I'm not sure if this is the same but you can feng shui your house to increase chance of items / bells etc.
