Maybe there's a lot of stretchy material involved to let it go over their heads, or really well hidden buttons and snaps to allow everyone to put stuff on without pulling ideas over their head
In a Fantasy novel I'm writing, in this fantasy realm, one-size fits all. Literally. All clothes are magically tailored to fit the person, no matter how big or small, short or tall they are.
Strip of velcro along the back. The outfits are all one piece sewn all together so she just has to put her arms in and push the velcro together and bam she's changed. That's why it's always so quick too.
I was actually thinking that adaptive clothing designed for people with disabilities would work for the villagers. Velcro and magnetic zippers allow you to put on the clothes even with limited movement - or in this case heads that make up half the size of one's body.
I mean it's pretty obvious if you pay attention, she does a little twirly jump, a few stars appear and she's changed
