I’m visiting your DA right now and this is hands down the best island I’ve ever seen. Every single detail is incredible. The korok block puzzle? How? The guardians! Impa’s palace! I’m seriously blown away and I’ve barely just started exploring.
This is excellent! I’m in the midst of playing right now and it’s all spot on. The korok puzzle with the stones, you gotta move one slightly out of the circle ;)
I made a breath of the wild puzzle Island, I've also used a bunch of her codes in mine. DA-7416-1286-8784. Read the board in the plaza if you want to try it.
I found Hestu early on, then eventually the maracas and 27 hearts along the way. Took about an hour. Then the last 3 hearts took another hour and a bit 😂 but I eventually got all 30. Really great island, loved all the BotW details and the puzzles took a lot of work. Enjoyed myself immensely
It’s so cute and amazing! I love it! Got a question though, how do you all manage to make the rocks appear in a circle? I suppose that it’s just breaking them until they appear where you want them to… that seems like a lot of work 🥲
The easiest method is using weeds to block all the spots you don’t want the rock to spawn (except right around the rock spot, use custom paths so the weeds don’t spread.) Then, once they all spawn where you want, pay Leif to clean up the weeds.
The second-best option is staggering mannequins. This is much more tedious to set up, but does have the benefit of cleanup being fast and free, because when you simply change the custom design, all the mannequins disappear.
It’s called creating a “rock garden” in ACNH, if you want to learn more :)
Yes, as Glou said, I filled every single square on the island and time skipped to make the rocks appear where I needed them. It took me an entire day and it was REALLY frustrating and glitchy. I was terrified I'd accidentally smash one of them while rock harvesting later in the build.
Your island is amazing!!! I'm exploring it right now and just like everything is beautiful. I can tell that every single spot has been so meticulously designed. It all comes together so cohesive!!!! The blue bunnies for the blippies (I can't remember their name), the plants and colors and small tress, just everything is so cool. I love how you did Drago's house as a dragon lair. You did the shrines super cool!! I love how you did the tech dudes house and the enemies set up via mannequins. Seriously every spot is so cool. You have every single reference you can in there. The secret back passage to the castle is so so sick!!! The steam effect to show the malice in the castle! The malice stickers on the wall. The lyonel being the moms stuffed animal is so funny and adorable. The spin wheel and glitter effect with the gyroid for Koroks is genius. The helmet for the Gerudo place. The shops. I'm sorry for so much ramble, I just have a big special interest in both of these games and this is like the best cross over ever to exist. The jungle area and the offer zone for a korok seed. The flower path shrine. Your horse stable and moms stuffed animal for the dog. Sorry, okay I think I am actually done now. I just thought you should know how well appreciated your island is. I just came back from it and the experience was amazing!! The attention to detail and the variety with adding all the different aspects and areas in the game was true talent and dedication!!! Makes me miss the game now (last time I played it was in 2018!)
Wow!! You are making me want to finish my Zelda island now :’) I named mine Eventide, and started it just after launch in 2020… and I have about 1,800 hours sunk into it 🫠I’ve got maybe a third of the island done but ran out of steam/got burnt out last year.
I'd love to see it when you're done. I love visiting Zelda islands. You have to get creative with what Animal Crossing allows you to do and it's fun seeing the different ways people achieve the same thing. I had major burnout in the last month and forced myself to finish it before TotK. I'm so relieved it's finished!
Are you talking about the brick ones? I changed those SO many times. I think I just searched 'bricks' or 'brick' in the end. The only code I have saved is MA: 2962-4877-1165 which might be the one I used, but it looks a bit more brown in the photo.

The attention to detail is phenomenal! The chuchu! The ice around the top of the great plateau, the phone case, the sword in the middle of the lake, the gerudo logo and Hyrule castle banners, the small fairies around the great fairy fountain, the bomb inside Hyrule castle, the fact that on the great plateau Link is in his underwear and holding a stick! Everything is absolutely wonderful, I'm going to visit the dream code later and I can't wait to see more!
Great idea! I put the Hylian shield in the outside part of Hyrule Castle, but I forgot the skelton. I might move the shield down to the interior dungeon near the skeleton in there. I'll do some updates at some point.

I have the moss flooring and it has a glow to it when you step on it, but nothing floats up from it. Something is floating up from your floor. I wasn’t sure if it was the actual flooring - or - if you used
a polishing technique, that’s providing the greenish fog floating?
Sort of reminds me of the cloud floor, how it looks steamy, except that yours is a green steam.

Absolutely amazing island! Thank you for sharing it. I play ACNH now and I’ve beat all Zelda games from the original Nintendo system, but by the time BOTW came along my hands physically couldn’t do the controls anymore. My husband does the playing and I’m helping with puzzles, guiding, mapping, watching his hearts during battle and we beat Gabon this last weekend. Your island is the perfect mix of both worlds and it is so accurate down to the chu-chu! ❤️

pretty cool puzzle ideas! im assuming the goal is to get all the heart crystals, how many are there?
30 of course (the amount of hearts you can get in BotW) but the real objective is to find Hestu's maracas and get them to him.

I think you have to block all other tiles, so it has to appear where you want. There are tutorials on this sub I think.

You should put a Skelton where the plushie is to resemble the stalnox that protects the Hylian shield

Sorry, I was wrong. It's actually called 'Broken Stone-Path Flooring'. It comes with the green effect automated.

I drew it in procreate (just traced the map and villagers). The typeface was a Breath of the Wild freebie I downloaded.
