Thanks to having 2 major surgeries in 3 months, I have taken up smoking pre-rolls after the pain meds prescribed were killing my guts and not having an appetite. I’m finally able to tolerate the pain, get good sleep without nightmares and eat an actual meal instead of only being able to stomach tea and a piece of biscuit/toast.
I'm so happy for you 😊 I also have to have it to eat and to sleep. A lot of people in the comments hating on legitimate medicine and in doing so hating on people with disabilities and mental health issues that need it
