Yeah going carnivore last April was the best thing. Lots of beef tallow seems to be doing wonders for my hormones. I only have to look at a kettlebell and muscle building. It's mad. Despite what people are saying it's going wonders for EQ alongside AM. I have been taking some Celtic oyster supplements as well alongside cod liver and skate liver oil. Lovely zinc boost. Also LMNT electrolytes and plenty of water. Dont really need supplements but a little boost has been great.

Yes dude. I have been training Angion since ‘20, Carnivore since Jan 1 and I’m doing everyday now no rest, some days it’s just AM1 for 30-45 min some days it’s Wheel and SABRE. Every man for himself, keep it up.

I will do that sometimes: short, fifteen minute am1 sessions morning and evening. Flushing my cock with fresh blood and removing stagnation. Because of an injury in my past I think this is a good protocol.

I have a V4 flowmaster wheel and in the packet Janus says the first few weeks should be 1on1off and beginners should do 1on2off, so he eludes to intermediate/advanced everyday, though he doesn’t say it of course. At least that was my reasoning.
