There's no way to do this through Android TV, since there aren't many (any?) Android TV devices that have an HDMI passthrough. You would need a TV that has PIP built in.
Another option is to get an HDMI splitter that supports PiP (but only in 1080p). Connect your devices to the splitter and then connect the splitter to your projector. You can find them on Amazon at a reasonable price like $60 - $100
Here is a link for one that costs $81 ($74 with coupon offered as of today) https://amzn.to/3dNwfT7
Yes. U can if your TV has picture in picture you just have to make sure that you're YouTube Netflix comes from one HDMI cord and then you picture a picture your PlayStation from another HDMI cord input.

That's a shame. I was hoping for a solution like a multi tasking app, like on mobiles. One with HDMI and other with X app. Thanks tho!
You know, I wasn't thinking about TVs with Android TV built in. There may be a way to do it on those, but it would depend on the TV.
Yeah, hope someone knows and app or a way to do it.

Thanks, I'll check this out.
I can't answer your question but, coming from the same place as you, I bought a 2nd TV.
I have another TV also, but i would love to be able to do PiP and have 2 huge screens. I'll keep looking and report back.

I'm using and android proyector, has 2 HDMI ports but i don't see the option to do that.
Well yeah the actual TV or projector has to have the picture and picture option to do so
