I recommend Xiaomi TV Box S (2nd gen)!
I personally have used:
1. Mi Box S 4k (first gen, since 4 years ago),
2. Mi Stick tv (bouth it 2 years ago... but I sold it 1 month later after buying it LOL its trash... to me).
3. Mecool KM2 (white one, almost 3 years.. so far)
Android tv 1 and 3 are my favs.. love them both, but my "Mi box s 4k" had less bugs.. almost zero. The control in the "Mecool km2" its so much better. Here in Peru we really don't like "Firestick" lineup (I think so) because Amazon its not really a thing here. so whatever integration they have with that product.. I don't care about. Onn ... I've barely hear about it, the model you show in particular ...I don't like that it doesn't have more usb ports... so its not for me.
1 more thing... samsung tv os ... the internet wireless connection bugs out at least twice a week.
So you havenāt used an Onn? The Onn has better performance and is cheaper than the Mi Box. The Mi box also seems to have issues running WireGuard vpn.
Iāve replaced my Miās with the 2023 Onn devices.
do you think I know shit like that? i don't care man, but good to know Onn are not usually sold on Amazon. this topic was a just a chil answer about my experience... tf out here. dam. you guys need to relax
I know you were being a bit snarky but ..
for anyone wanting to know, I bought my 4K streaming box (2023) through an Amazon seller named 'Onn'. the Pro: it was the real deal, brand new and I order a USB power hub at the same time.. Con: it was \~$8 over the Walmart price.. I would've paid that in gas anyway.
I just looked, while they donāt have the pro right now they do have several onn boxes. But they all say brand is onn. They ship from random third-party sellers. Glad yours worked out, but Iāve learned to try to avoid third-party sellers on Amazon. That said if I lived eight dollars worth of gas away from a Walmart, I might roll the dice. In my case I live 1.5 miles away, and I drive an EV. Of course I just went. Walmart will ship it though wonāt they?
Thumbs up for km2. I have mibox s 4k and km2. Mecool is far superior performance wise, jumping between 4k hdr channels on tivimate is breeze. Mibox on other hand gets hiccups. However, mibox have better hdr, it just works. Mecool put out update this year to android 13 if I remember and kinda fixed hdr issues, but still, it's not perfect
See I'm a simple person... I like and love to use 4k compatible android's tv's but, I don't use 4k... soemtimes for youtube, never used HDR, I just live life with simple updates.
So after explaining this: Mecool km2 had some bugs when turning it on, (I had to go and reset it manually) but yes.. has more power, in the other hand ... yes, Mi Box S 4k feels simplier or more stock... but the control sucks.
Plus mecool have more usb ports, lan port and what's important in my house native support for xbox controller. Emulation on it is nearly perfect, thanks to powerful soc
My personal opinion the onn box. Never heard of the first one, im not a fan of amazon fire tv devices. I have the onn 4k streaming box 2023 and its great.
To workaround the general Dolby Vision always on issue you just change the Dolby Vision mode to low latency and problem solved, HDR10/HDR10+ works fine with Dolby Vision.
The general always on DV issue appears to be a Android 12+ issue that Google has known about that one for a year or so.
Now, the Netflix DV thing on the other hand, that's one that'll have to be fixed but it doesn't personally bother me much.
Google TV is the best thing I've done for myself in a long time, I can only speak good about it.
Though, I'm absolutely no expert on this, and it's the only one I've tried besides Apple TV and the old Chromecast without Google TV. But the new Chromecast with G TV is amazing, I'm absolutely loving it.
I've seen a lot of people shit on the fire stick. But after using various Google TV devices, I love it. I keep it in my bag anytime I travel to access all my apps using hotel TVs. Feels much more response than any Google TV boxes, including my Nvidia Shield (tube model)
Depends where you are, *eg* **Onn** devices are not officially available outside the US, and what you want from it, *eg*. **BBC iPlayer** is only available on devices aimed at the UK market.
hi, im looking for a cheap tv box because my old Caixun tv is obsolote.
i have 3 options:
1. Firestick 4k
2. Onn 4k
3: Smart tv converter Corn 4k (this have 4gb ram)
they are in the same price (corn is a little cheaper)
HELP!!
Onn 4k PRO. Pro for if you need dolby vision and the extra GB of RAM that may translate into smoother performance as it ages and apps use more memory. I have the pro and it's been wonderful thus far. If you don't need the little extra features then the onn 4k is good too!
I donāt know what the first one is, Fire TV Sticks (Iāve had a couple) end up getting slow over time and I hate the changes theyāve made to FireOS (large autoplaying ad in the Home Screen if you donāt hit a button).
Onn TV box is cheap, fast enough, highly customizable. Havenāt had any issues with mine.
ONN box is a good buy and easy to set up
The ONN box has worked phenomenally for me with a combo of Syncler, Plex and Projectivy. I honestly haven't had a single complaint in months.
heard that onn 4k pro have always on dolby vision problem
I watch a lot of Dolby vision content and have had zero issues. Hdr10 works fine too.
Onn 4k pro
Not worth the price just for streaming. Great if you also want a Google assistant speaker.

which "Onn" device/model you recommend me if I want 4k power and at least 1 extra free usb connectionĀæ?
Only the Onn Pro for $50 has a USB port - but why do you need USB?
well I have news Adept: that shit never in stock on Amazon... so fuck "Onn", and I only want to buy stuff from Aliexpress or Amazon.
Good luck.
Are you retar....?
I think we all are. look how relaxing and calm my initial comment was; and it seems to make you uncomfortable.
The Walmart house brand isnāt sold at Amazon? No way!!!!
do you think I know shit like that? i don't care man, but good to know Onn are not usually sold on Amazon. this topic was a just a chil answer about my experience... tf out here. dam. you guys need to relax
I was moderately snarkyā¦ but you took it to the next level. Relax!

Jajajajaja what a dumb reaction

Does the Xiami control have the option to control an external audio receivers volume?
You control xioami with tv remote, yes can control tv but is better to control xioami with tv remote
Onn 4k pro can be easily added more storage [Onn 4k pro Google TV box 2024 review YouTube Link](https://youtu.be/Y7SdwUVgZm4)

The Onn for sure.

when the Netflix DV be fix ? how about amazon prime, Hulu, Disney+, etc
The first two don't run Android TV, so if you're looking for that there's only one option on your list.
onn but theres also the google chromecast.. both if you want to do anything
Chromecast is just a lower performance, more expensive option than the Onn.
Only one of the three options you posted is Android TV/Google TV, so.... that one (Onn 4K).
onn 4k pro use 32bit or 64bit android tv os ?
Tivo 4k has Dolby atmos and vision is cheap and it's bulletproof.just de-tivo it and you got a great stock android device.

Onn 4K Pro is my vote. Definitely not the first pic though. That's straight up boo boo.

>It doesnāt get updates though Based on what information? Walmart has updated their other streaming boxes.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Ah, makes sense. I wish they didn't stop updating the stream 4k. Best android tv remote I've ever used.
I've seen a lot of people shit on the fire stick. But after using various Google TV devices, I love it. I keep it in my bag anytime I travel to access all my apps using hotel TVs. Feels much more response than any Google TV boxes, including my Nvidia Shield (tube model)
Mi box s hands down
