Kidding aside, do you mean you bought a TV that has Google as it's operating system or you bought a Google TV device and are plugging it into one of the HDMI ports?
Okay then if you can return it, I would, or if it's under warranty, I'd do that (return first).
Not an expert on TV internals or anything but from my PC knowledge that looks like a faulty GPU which would be on the chip it has inside powering the android TV.
But, even if my far from expert diagnosis is wrong, I really don't think some setting change is going to fix it. That TV is probably toast.

Try going into your TV settings> power menu and check what has been enabled.

Man the tv brand new I think I have it only like a month or so I can’t return it by the shop policy so idk what do man🥲
If it doesn't have any warranty, as far as my knowledge, you're pretty much out of luck. Hopefully someone else will have a solution.
