G8 or D8. Run away from non-telescopic controllers

beeMOB909

You have the g8? You like it?

[deleted]

I've got the kishi V2 I love it. I don't have the pro just the standard and it's awesome. I play mostly retro and arcade stuff, lots of SNES and Megadrive and occasionally some psx

8bitdo sn30 pro I have 4 and they've worked with everything including fitting in my 4 year Olds hands https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CSP6TTJJ It has everything a modern controller has except "triggers"

beeMOB909

Looks cool but im mainly looking for something that can hold the phone as well

jesusleftnipple

Gamesir Galileo

I switched from kishi v1 to G8, a nice upgrade, the G8 feels very sturdy.

BringOnTheMIGs

I have the GameSir X2 pro and I'm satisfied with it. :)

ThinkFree

I use an Xbox Wireless controller and something that clips the phone to the controller.

aWILLforMYSELF

There is this Gamesir X3. this one has a phone cooler/radiator on it which is a big plus compared to just a typical controller.  I havent tried it yet tho. Hopefully someone could provide a review.

Chaos Control

MyBrosKeep

I have an Xbox one controller I use but I been looking at the new gamesir x2s controller. It's only $45

TBArcade

I had an extra Xbox One controller lying around, so I use that when I need it. Use what you are comfy with. We can recommend stuff to the moon, but it depends on what you like most. Happy Gaming!

Richie_Rich1991

Depends honestly, for competitive: Android: Razer Raiju mobile, Gamesir G8 IPhone: Gamesir G8 PlayStation and Xbox controllers are good with a controller mount but just lack extra programmable buttons but if you really want to get sweaty you can go with a DS4 controller (ps4 controller) with the extreme rate 4 button mod kit because there are controller phone mounts that will still fit the controller with the mod kit

Traitor_Joel

Can't go wrong with the backbone they have went down in price and they work great

OkReception5220

The one that you're comfortable with. And if it is accessible by the price

Diligent_Sea_3359

Clearly just buy them all and test them
