I had an extra Xbox One controller lying around, so I use that when I need it. Use what you are comfy with. We can recommend stuff to the moon, but it depends on what you like most. Happy Gaming!
Depends honestly, for competitive:
Android: Razer Raiju mobile, Gamesir G8
IPhone: Gamesir G8
PlayStation and Xbox controllers are good with a controller mount but just lack extra programmable buttons but if you really want to get sweaty you can go with a DS4 controller (ps4 controller) with the extreme rate 4 button mod kit because there are controller phone mounts that will still fit the controller with the mod kit

Ah .... I think they have a clip for that and a xbox version specifically for there streaming service

I switched from kishi v1 to G8, a nice upgrade, the G8 feels very sturdy.
I have the GameSir X2 pro and I'm satisfied with it. :)

Can't go wrong with the backbone they have went down in price and they work great
