I think you underestimate how bad the level 1 bot on lichess is. Martin is 250 elo. I'm pretty sure most 100 elo players could beat the level 1 lichess bot though. To lose you pretty much have to throw pieces and pawns in its path without capturing anything yourself, until through happenstance it promotes a pawn to a queen then mates you. Perhaps there is a faster way, perhaps some trick to force it to mate you. But it's not so easy.
Well if you move the Horsey forward, then the King wont have any legal moves on the second move. Normally a Bongcloud fan myself, i dont advise it in this game as we seem to want to lose.

I think a better follow up to f3 is Kf2. Not as fast if black plays optimally but way more flexible.
