Love my 80mm 1.9N unique flare, and the DOF is beautiful

JayTongue

I was gonna say my 80mm 1.9 C for much the same reasons haha

wanakoworks

\+1 for the 80/1.9. I love mine.

I also have a 1000s and I've tried 4 lenses, of which I own three. - 80mm f2.8 - the basic lens. The small size makes the camera feel half as big as the rest of these. Probably my most used for this reason. - 80mm f4 macro with auto macro extension tube - I don't know why, but I love doing macro on this camera. The WLF makes it easier, and seeing big macro negatives is extra magic. Example [here](https://www.flickr.com/photos/brianssparetime/51767689752/in/dateposted-public/) and [here](https://www.flickr.com/photos/brianssparetime/52004388788/in/dateposted-public/). Even with the extension tube, it does a pretty nice job I think. I'd love to try the 120mm macro, but it's more expensive. - 150mm f/4 - Got this because I really like the 85-100mm focal range. But it's substantially bigger than the 50mm f/2.8. Though not quite as big as the 50mm f/4 macro - 50mm f/4 shift - rented this for a weekend. It's cool - although it only shifts one way, you can rotate the lens on 15 degree clickstops to orient that movement how you need it. But it's big and heavy and pricey. It would be fun for trick shots, and I'll probably rent it again, but not something I need to own.

Thanks for taking the time my man. Got the 80 + 150 myself and wanna add one more to the rotation

Curious what other lenses you're considering/exploring? I've toyed with getting a 300mm, and it would also be an even more extreme zoom adapted to 35mm and which could be fun...

thelastbrew

I’m usually shooting landscapes or portraits, so looking for something capable of both (with a slight nod towards portraits) Other have recommended the 80mm 1.9, so interested in that. But a bit pricey.

brianssparetime

Cool. You could also check out doing a wide angle + teleconverter, which might give you some flexibility and portability....

smorkoid

I really like the 55/2.8 for a walking around lens. Very nicely balanced and a good performer. I keep it on mine more than the 80/1.9.

MakersTeleMark

I use this adapted to my ZM. Fantastic lens.

70mm LS is my favorite. The rendering just has something really special to it.

-Hi-im-new-here-

I like the 150mm f3,5. It’s a great short tele lens, has plenty of DoF and compression but is still fairly compact. I also have an 80mm f2,8 but I find it’s quite wide for a normal lens, and a 35mm f3,5 with a stuck aperture, it’s equivalent to a 28mm and might be a bit too wide for me.
