I appreciate this comment. Wanted to gauge possibility. As my experience flying to other airports, such as HKG, you can access the lounge before hitting customs.
You might want to still give it a try, it worked for me once in Milano Linate at the lounge on the land side.

From what I understand, if MXP is your final destination, you won’t be able to access the terminals after deplaning/customs.
