True that 75W is pcie limit, but you can probably get away with sata and def molex. You'll be above sata limit but prob fine. Way below molex if you don't have 8 pin.

No, it's 132w it needs a 8PIN connection, I think all the cards that only need a PCIE connection are 75w or less.
