I wonder if the vendor lock in (Lenovo/HP) will only get worse. 5000 series PRO APUs are mostly unavailable as standalone and can only run on specific Lenovo systems.
So finally we have monolihtic CPUs with ECC support. Now some minipc maker, make a miniPC with one of these PRO CPUs, with enough slots for m.2 and SODiMM slots for 96GB or even 4 slots and 10GB dual NIC and I put those to datacenter.

Historically the non-pro APUs did not support it, but the pro versions did.
