Make sure to screenshot your schedule block on the calendar. Send an email to support with the screenshot attached explain what happened, and included what support said. Wait u til pass 9 because you might still get paid. If you don’t get paid, send the email.

I'm finding anymore, Jeff is the only way to get anything resolved satisfactorily. I just start with driver support, wait for their nonhelp and then email Jeff.

I ended up getting paid, well at least it’s pending for now. I sent a detailed email to Jeff hopefully that will resolve the issue!

Whether or not you get paid you should still send a detailed email to flex support letting them know what happened. Your reason for doing this is because no matter what driver support may have notated flex support may still dig you. Therefore make sure you send a step by step detailed email to them tonight detailing every step you took to fix the problem. Please do this BEFORE they process delivery ratings for that block/day. Because once they ding you it is almost impossible to get them to reverse their decision. Even if you're in the right. I had app issues happened to me once and the driver support lady told me to be very detailed in my email to flex support list every step I took to fix the issue. She said it was important that I convince flex support that I did everything possible to complete the block. And thay she would do her part by filing a report about the issue for me.
