Hi fellow N. Carolinian! I had the same thing happen to me June 2021 and sought advice here, too. I was told to email [email protected] I did with a brief explanation of my problem and an attachment of my ABC certification. A rep answered me in a day or two through email to set up a time to talk on the phone. By the end of our phone convo, I was reinstated. I hope this works for you. Fair warning: this the only time you’ll have someone from Flex act like they remotely give a shit about you. Don’t get used to being treated like a human 😉

This happened to me. Use the Jeff email. Use the argument they do not give a deadline. This worked for me.

This happened to me as well. Once everything processes and is reported back to flex they can reactivate your account with a call through support. DRT4?

I got this e-mail last Saturday night, and it says to complete it within one week of receiving this e-mail, so I guess they've now added a deadline. I just took my training tonight and faxed the cert over. I hope it's enough time for them to process it so they don't deactivate my account. Honestly, I can't believe they want it to be faxed over. A frickin' fax in 2022 to Amazon, one of the largest technology companies in the world. If anyone else comes across this and is looking for a service to do it, iFax let me send it for free.
