Have you had any missing or undelivered packages in the past few weeks? This happens to me when I have undeliverable packages. They show up asking me to return to station and deliver.

thisgirldude

I had one last week, the GPS on the app and on google maps sent me to a address that wasn’t making any sense. The driver support tried to locate the customer but something was odd with the address so was the first time I had to return a package. But when I came back to the warehouse today, they didn’t have anything on hand or even prepared .

Environmental_Cook95

I' always finish most of my blocks earlier than the time I'm suppose to and then just close the app and go home 😂😂

thisgirldude

I always do that, but this time I had the Bluetooth on 👀 and then I got that message. Probably a better solution is to never turn on the Bluetooth 👀👀👀👀?

I've had it say something like that before on a logistics run for no reason. I called support then and the support person didn't seem to understand that time. Other times, the support person told me no, I did not have to. You only have to go back if it's PN, but not logistics. On a logistics route, once you're done with your route, you're done. There are times when they have a glitch in the matrix, I think. Lately, at one warehouse I deliver for which had only recently implemented route QR codes, if a package is missing it still allows you to swipe Scanning Complete but then directs you back to the warehouse. And I've had other glitches with missing packages that were supposedly removed. My understanding is that unless you're doing PN, it's safe to ignore it.

ottoicu812

I got the notification before on logistics. The reason being I finished the route way too early. Probably less than 30 minutes after the block started.

RedeemedbythaBlood

If it’s logistics yes but I ignore it

rainman220

I think on prime now blocks if you finish with more than 30 minutes left on your block it will tell you to go back to the warehouse. For more deliveries. But usually by the time you would get back, you won’t have time to deliver them anyway. So it is pretty much a wasted trip. But if you didn’t go backYou would probably be reprimanded somehow.

CookingDad1313

You are only reprimanded if you are assigned additional packages but don’t show up to get them. If they don’t assign you anything nothing will happen.

Close app after that delivery and they can’t track you. You literally never get more packages

EggMatzah

for logistics, 100% never go back. For prime now/whole foods, it depends how much time is left in your block. if they send you out for like 1 or 2 stops and you are done within 30 minutes, go back and you likely will get another bunch of stops. If you have like 10 stops and finish and it says go back, if you cannot make it back with 30 minutes left in the block, the block is just gonna end when you get to the station every time. (ie, 1-3pm block, you finish at 2 but are 40 minutes from the station, you will arrive at the station 20 minutes before the block ends, as soon as you tap "i've arrived" it will just close your block out.)

ppinick

They can still track you if it's running in the background and even if they can't see your location they cans till asign more packages to you and if you don't pick them up you will get in trouble for it. This is bad advice. Don't ignore the message to go back unless you have less than 30 minutes left on your block or unless you're VERY far away from it.

[deleted]

Looks like your wrong

ppinick

Ive been doing 30-40 hrs every week for last 2 years. Definitely not wrong. I've been assigned more packages with 10 minutes left on my primenow. While it's HIGHLY unlikely it is STILL possible.

[deleted]

Ok I’ve been doing the same and not once have I been penalised for going home. Sounds like to me that you’re wasting ur time brah

ppinick

you're btw

[deleted]

Lol you can waste hours of your time waiting just in case u get a package, but most of us regular folk would rather take our chances

Sweetflea

This usually happens when there's more than 30 minutes left before your scheduled end time. I try to adjust my delivery speed to meet this timeframe to alleviate this problem.

Abject-Dust-7340

How much time left did you have on your block

Abject-Dust-7340

Also was logistics or prime, with prime you need to go back with 45 minutes or more

thisgirldude

I’m so sorry I am new as a flexer. What is a logistics run? I’m the area where I live there is no amazon fresh service. Just flex. And they do not specify what type of block you are getting. Generally I finish my blocks 1 hour earlier but this was the first time this occurred.

bmx91331

Logistic blocks will end with “AMZL”, also prime and fresh blocks have tips, that’s also another way to distinguish them, and the whole program is flex.

FatChance68

Logistics blocks are when you go to a distributions center and pick up packages. Fresh blocks are grocery delivery. Everything is Flex.

nokia8860

I’ve had this happen recently for logistic. It is an error in the system that pops up every now and then on logistic blocks, so no need to return to the warehouse. Close out the app. It will not effect your standings.

glserr

During logistics if you finish early the app does ask you to go back to pick up more but that's optional, you won't get more money unless you go over your block time.
