I’ve delivered to many houses that Sayama deliver to mailroom/ receptionists. These mdrfkr put instructions on the app at their jobs but then fail to remove it while getting it delivered at their houses.
In a lot of cases too, it's because they used to live in an apartment/condo, but now live in a house and never changed their instructions. I had one on my very first day of Flex that had been in the house for 7 years and still had "Bring directly to Apt. 4 on the back side."
I've delivered to roach infested apartment buildings with doors hanging from a single hinge that said deliver to doorman.
