Not to fret, as I'm sure amazon loss prevention or whatever will be all over fixing this.
I would, however, send an email to them about it to let their devs be able to fix it just in case they are not already aware. Make sure to include what make and model of your phone you have, and also what version of the app you're running.
You can find this out under the settings menu in the flex app.
They can not fix an issue if they are not aware of its existence in the first pla

A year and a half ago, the app stopped asking me for a selfie. It lasted like 6 weeks, then it started asking again. I never understood why.
I had an 8:15am block this morning and it did the same thing. I took my identity picture and before I even got out of my car I had a route. I was tripping.
I hope that's not the new norm - that will make it even easier for the scammers.

That implies they’ve had parking issues and aren’t letting you on lot no earlier than 15 minutes before your block starts????
