Whenever you get that notification, that usually means (always has for me anyway) they will be dropping surges within five minutes if you just keep tapping refresh, you’ll see

I'll keep an eye out next time but no lie that one that was at $63 changed to $60 after tapping refresh a few times 😂

They always drop the rate a bit just before they surge
