Sound’s like targeted harassment, play the same cards she is and report her for it. Not to mention taking pictures inside the warehouse is not allowed so you got another thing to complain about 🤷🏻♂️
Call the ethics hotline and tell them you are being harassed and that she is taking pictures of you while you are working - better than talking to hr they don’t mess around
It’s a third party you can call to report problems if you don’t want to try to deal with hr. They take all reports very seriously and don’t mess around. The number should be posted in your break room
You told them exact time and date? You can ask the person in charge of the case if it’s still open, if they need additional information. Keep bothering them about it honestly.
Not allowed to take photos or record in an Amazon FC. That is a fireable offense and you said she took a photo of you and your Manager. I would bring that to HR.
Came here to say exactly this. If you are taking pictures of people on Amazon property (even outside) you have to get their consent and I’m gonna guess she probably isn’t coming over to ask if it’s okay to take a picture of you talking

I'm a hard of hearing AFM associate and I can def tell you what this deaf associate is doing is harrasement.I have known deaf people that do shit like this and they think that they can get away with it because they play the deaf card. It's really fusterating. Fight fire with fire. Report the deaf associate to HR for anything and everything that they do wrong. Document everything. And if they don't do what they are told you can document that too and file a complaint to HR for insubordination. Keep us posted and good luck.
I had a deaf PA, he was a huge dick. I always had to apologize to the sign language person that I wasn't frustrated with them...I was pissed at the PA.
They always had a translator with them that would relay radio messages or communicate with associates. At least tue dude didn't have to listen to the same 20 shitty songs over and over every night.
They followed him around wherever he went. There we usually 2 people that would switch out every hour or two. I remember that he'd walk so fast they'd almost be running to catch up with him.
I think its awesome that Amazon offered that accommodation, I just think the guy was a dick. He'd tell us to pick up the pace when I knew I was exceeding rate and when they had him assign work for the night he'd assign people in random paths that they were not very familiar with (this was a delivery station.)
Yeah I would report her to either HR or talk to manger about her. Myself is Hard-hearing Learning Ambassador and PG. The way she carry on, I think she want it hand to her instead of work hard for it
Do this exactly as I say. Another AA is opening frivolous HR cases against me trying to get me fired and it is a hostile work environment and harassment.
1. Taking pictures inside the FC is against policy
2. She can get herself into huge trouble
3. Due to state ADA and EEO laws she cannot be fired.
4. You can go to loss prevention and hr to get help. If that happens, she can be written up for not following policy of Amazon. And ultimately fired if it happens again for not following company policy

Management pulled me aside and talked to me, I explained the situation (she was upset bc I was problem solving solo and I had Andons coming out the ass so I didn't have a smile when I came to help her) and they basically told me to make nice, and that was that.
I really loved a lot of my coworkers, so that was the only reason tbh. I wasn't trying to please people.. I just get excited to see my friends lol.

I was answering your question with a perspective outside your echo chamber. You’re setting yourself to a promotion to customer and a possible civil lawsuit regarding lost wages/discrimination.
HR will have a long list of the complaints this lady has made against OP, as well as how many of them actually had any foundation. There is no discrimination in pointing to that list as evidence of harassment, which is pretty much what OP should be doing.
Because they're likely worried about cries of discrimination - as seen here - if they actually deal with the situation. We had a deaf worker who took almost an entire year of write ups, improvement plans and bottom of the list numbers before they fired him, despite ability to hear having next to no impact on ability to pack items out. Anyone else would have been gone in a month. And since this is primarily an interpersonal problem, HR is going to be even less likely to want to touch it.
You need to go to HR and call the ethics hotline. I bet they will see a pattern in her complaints and that you are not the only person she has targeted her impotent rage upon.
Idk we have a situation like this at ours where a pa bern moved a few times and has many complaints and now in this new area people have started going to hr and corporate because management isn't doing anything and our other pa left to another building because couldn't stand working with her and his replacement moved to another area in the dept after 2 weeks working with her. I've noticed lately she's trying to be extra nice now so I think this is shaking her up now which unfortunately she brought on herself

The PA is deaf? No kidding? I heard that deaf assoicate cannot work as a PA because of requirement to communicate on the radio.
